This spring, my family and I got the amazing opportunity to road trip from Portland, Oregon to San Diego, California mostly along Highway 1 on the West Coast. The most beautiful place our travels brought us to was the small town of Yachats, Oregon.
This was the view from our hotel room. (The pictures don't do it justice) I took these photos the night that we got there and the next morning.
The rocks were so fun to walk all over and try not to be splashed by the crashing waves.
Here's a photo I captured of my brother.
The whole experience from getting into town and driving out was extraordinary and I would have done anything for one more day there just to watch the waves.
